During the week of Aug. 2, Rep. Tom Murt and Paul Petersen, former child actor whose group, A Minor Consideration, advocates for protecting kids in the entertainment industry, met with community leaders, lawmakers and the media to promote Murt’s bill to reform Pennsylvania’s child labor laws.  A hearing on Murt’s bill is set for Sept. 23.  To learn more about Murt’s bill, click here.
